Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offersPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirementsDevelop and implement staffing strategies to attract qualified candidatesBuild relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and community organizationsAttend and represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach activities to promote employment opportunitiesPlace advertisements for open positions and be the point of contact for third-party job board partnershipsMaintain, review, and update applicant tracking systemMaintain staffing data and workforce reports (headcount, vacancies, turnover metrics, etc)Forecast hiring needs, assess labor markets, and prevent talent shortagesEnsure all hiring and onboarding practices comply with labor regulationsMaintain a working knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate first‑level information and responses to candidatesOther duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent3-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting or human resourcesAbility to travel across U.S.Ability to communicate and present information professionally in both group and one-on-one settingsMust maintain confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Skills:Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or business intelligence (BI) toolsPay Scale: $70,000 - 90,000Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
