This position works with other team members and operations personnel, in our internal ERP systems and customer billing portals, to ensure project billings are issued to customers and payments are collected.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDistribute work orders assigned via customer's web-based softwareProcess emails from other MP offices and customersInvoice, monitor, and reconcile billing submitted to customerTrack job progress to completion along with the A/R billing phaseWork with field personnel to make sure all production records including redlines and maps are being submitted on a daily basis with all proper documentationResponsible for monitoring and maintaining customer accountPerform month-end processes by running required reports, using Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsPerform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounting DepartmentEssential Education and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Some experience in accounting or related field or an Associate's Degree in Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applicationsData entry and attention to detailAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentagesPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
