Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or catering environment Strong culinary skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff Join our team and contribute your culinary expertise to create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
