The ideal candidate will ensure the systems reliability, performance, and alignment withbusiness needs, supporting end-users and driving process improvements. This role requires technicalexpertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system administration.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration: Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment, includingsystem configuration, user access, security roles, and workflows.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for Dynamics AX users, resolving technical issues,and escalating complex problems to vendors or consultants as needed.Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, apply patches, and implement updates toensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.Data Management: Oversee data integrity, perform regular backups, and execute data imports/exportsto support business operations.Process Improvement: Collaborate with business units to identify and implement enhancements,customizations, and integrations to meet evolving needs.Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and maintain documentationfor system processes and configurations.Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, maintainingrobust security measures within the AX environment.Vendor Coordination: Work with external consultants and Microsoft partners to support systemupgrades, migrations, or third-party integrations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later preferred).Proven track record in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, or Power BI is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Dynamics AX administration, including security, workflows, and system maintenance.Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.Basic knowledge of X++ programming or MorphX development is advantageous.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications (e.g., MB6-893, MB-300) are highly desirable but not required.QualificationsProficiency in Dynamics AX administration including security, workflows and system maintenance.Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, network infrastructureBasic knowledge of X++ programming or MorphX development is advantageous.
