Position Details:• Job Title: Technical Support Specialist II• Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)Key Skills Required:• Technical Support / Application Support experience• Strong troubleshooting skills in Hardware, Software, and Networking• Windows Server & Linux administration• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, Routers & Switches• Experience with Azure Cloud, VMware/Hyper-V, SSL/TLS• PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred• CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, Linux certifications are a plus
