Senior Full Stack Engineer, Website Development

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Website Development to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will shape and evolve the company’s web presence, with a focus on building high-performing, scalable digital experiences that serve a large audience. The position will partner closely with design, product, marketing, analytics, and engineering stakeholders to translate business goals into technically sound web solutions. You will be responsible for improving site quality, accessibility, visibility, and performance across the full web experience.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $224,400 – $271,920 annuallyResponsibilities Design, build, and maintain web experiences for millions of users Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery through implementation and iteration Develop scalable frontend architectures and reusable components Integrate web applications with CMS, analytics, and various APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility in search and AI-driven discovery Monitor web performance and accessibility to ensure a high-quality user experienceQualifications 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly in building and managing production web applications Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Deep understanding of browser behaviors, performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards Experience designing scalable frontend systems and creating reusable components Experience integrating web applications with APIs and content management systems Knowledge of technical SEO and AI discovery techniques, including indexing, metadata, and site architecture Expertise in improving the performance and quality of high-traffic web applicationsBenefits Eligible for equity awards and competitive benefits package Opportunity for remote work or hybrid arrangements Occasional travel for team collaboration and company eventsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
