This role is responsible for maintaining accurate reporting, ensuring consistency in processes and documentation, tracking initiatives and timelines, and coordinating communication across teams.The Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized and on track by monitoring progress, following up on action items, and preparing data and materials to support performance analysis. This role also ensures data accuracy and translates insights into actionable takeaways to support operational initiatives.Job DutiesReporting & Data ManagementCompile and validate regular performance data for instant productsMaintain current KPI trackers and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and consistencyClean, organize, validate data prior to reportingPrepare draft summaries and reporting materials for reviewAnalyze data trends to create actionable takeawaysOperational Coordination & TrackingMaintain and update trackers for instant product initiatives across sitesMonitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on trackProactively follow up with site teams and stakeholders for updates and status changesIdentify and escalate delays, risks, or gaps in executionDocumentation & Process ManagementMaintain and update standard operating procedures and process documentationEnsure consistency in documentation across sitesOrganize and manage shared files, trackers, and resourcesDocument process updates and improvements as directedMaintain and keep all site general information up to date (vendors, pallets, services, etc.)Meeting & Communication supportAssist in preparing meeting agendas and materialsDocument meeting notes, decisions and action itemsTrack follow ups to support ensuring completionQualificationsRequiredProficient in Microsoft Office productsAdvanced Microsoft Excel experience including experience with complex formulas and pivot tables, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
