This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across IT and the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end execution of assigned IT and digital projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectationsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including task sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resource coordinationManage day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and work progresses on scheduleProactively identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed with recommended mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross‑functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partnersProvide clear, concise, and timely project communications, including status updates, issue reporting, and documentationEnsure project documentation, reporting, and records are maintained in accordance with Digital Factory and IT governance standardsSupport continuous improvement of project delivery processes within the Digital Factory modelRequired QualificationsProven experience delivering IT in a structured project management environmentSolid background in enterprise system integrations, especially with SAP ECC and IBM MaximoUnderstanding of SaaS implementation projects, including integration with on-prem or legacy systemsStrong skills in:Time management and schedulingTask prioritization and workflow coordinationDependency management across teams and systemsProject reporting and documentationWritten and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience working in agile/Hybrid methodologies.Familiarity with IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar)Experience supporting enterprise or utility‑scale technology initiatives.Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) “Beware of scams.
