Apply via Dice today!IT Delivery Lead / Project Manager (Self-Represented W-2)NO AGENCY RESOURCES WILL BE CONSIDERED (C2C or W2 Referrals) Engagement DescriptionThe Delivery Lead / Project Manager will support end-to-end delivery execution, partnering with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiativesThis role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and ensuring alignment to enterprise delivery standards and governanceThe resource will lead planning and execution activities, facilitate delivery ceremonies, and drive accountability across internal and vendor teamsThe Delivery Lead II will also provide visibility into delivery health, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomesTop 3 Required Skills/ExperienceEnd-to-End Delivery managementReport and track on project performance and health to achieve business valueDrive project delivery according to processes and proceduresRequired Skills/ExperienceThe rest of the required skills/experienceInclude:Experience leading delivery within large enterprise IT environmentsStrong facilitation and communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and escalation managementAbility to manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreamsAbility to assemble project plans, direct and monitor work efforts, ensure business value is delivered, and escalate issues appropriatelyMonitor and manage project RAID logsDetermine staffing requirements and formation of project teamsLeverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworksTrack and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsorsPreferred Skills/ExperienceOptional but preferred skills/experienceInclude:Knowledge of project management tools and methodologiesAbility to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant wayDevelop and distribute project schedulesEducation/CertificationsInclude:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field5 years of IT Delivery lead experienceAt least 2 years of leadership experience and project management
