IT SOX Compliance Senior Analyst

A company is looking for an IT SOX Compliance - Senior Analyst to oversee and coordinate IT-related Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate communication and coordination between audit teams and control performers for effective SOX testing Assist in developing management action plans for identified deficiencies and monitor remediation progress Provide regular status updates on remediation commitments to stakeholders and manage control evidence collection Qualifications: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT SOX compliance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred Strong understanding of IT general controls, application controls, and SOX 404 requirements Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or NIST Proficiency in Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools and software
