Sales InternMorning Brew Inc. is hiring a Sales Intern to directly support one of the most senior sellers on our team and gain hands-on experience working across a portfolio of global enterprise advertisers, comprised of a number of Fortune 100 companies.This is a unique opportunity to learn how high-performing media sales organizations operate from the inside, supporting real deals, real clients, and real revenue growth. Our B2B Sales team partners with enterprise brands and agencies to design multimedia marketing programs across Morning Brew's 20+ brands and product suite, including newsletters, podcasts, social, video, events, and custom content.You'll work closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional partners while building foundational skills in marketing/media strategy, customer sales/growth planning, strategic prospecting, and data-driven storytelling.Our summer internship position is a part-timer role based out of our New York office or in Santa Barbara, CA.What You'll DoPartner directly with a senior enterprise seller to support a portfolio of high-value advertiser accountsLearn Morning Brew's brands, products, and sales approach, with the goal of delivering a mock client pitch by the end of the programConduct account research: map decision-makers, business units, media agency relationships, and company prioritiesIdentify new opportunities for growth within accounts through org mapping, performance analysis and whitespace analysisSupport prospecting efforts, including building contact lists and drafting creative outreach strategiesBuild proficiency in core sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfoTrack and report on account activity, pipeline progress, and account penetrationSupport development of data-driven narratives to unlock upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunitiesContribute to an end-of-program project outlining learnings, challenges, and opportunities (e.g., future formalized BDA program development)What You'll BringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort with outreach, storytelling, and building relationships, even if early in your careerHighly organized with strong attention to detailCurious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentStrong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to approach opportunities in non-obvious waysComfortable working with data and synthesizing insights into clear narrativesWillingness to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to a teamFamiliarity with sales or research tools and/or AI tools is a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated interest in sales or business developmentExcitement for Morning Brew's voice, audience, and brandInterest in marketing, advertising, or media strongly preferred$20/hour
