Sales Recruiter
Adecco is seeking a highly driven High-Volume Sales Recruiter to support a fast-growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines and deliver top sales talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and has experience recruiting within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.LocationHybrid schedule required — 3 days per week onsitePreferred locations:Chicago, ILAtlanta, GAResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruiting prioritiesCollaborate with sourcing and recruiting teams to allocate and manage candidate pipelines across multiple openingsLead weekly forecast and pipeline review calls with hiring managers and stakeholdersDrive recruiting efforts across SMB Sales and support additional hiring needs across G&A and Tech teams as neededManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a trusted recruiting partnerRequired Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environmentExperience recruiting for SMB sales teams within a rapidly growing technology sales or SaaS company is highly preferredHigh-volume recruiting experience within fast-paced organizationsStrong client management and stakeholder partnership experienceThis position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.
