Most importantly, they take ownership of their results, hold themselves accountable, and are always open to coaching and improving. What You'll Do:Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Build pipeline through outbound activity, strategic outreach, and follow-up Run discovery calls that uncover business pain points and hiring challenges Deliver engaging, consultative product demos that showcase the value of Employ’s solutions Create urgency, manage multiple opportunities, and drive deals forward with speed and precision Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals Maintain a disciplined, high-activity approach to pipeline generation and opportunity management Leverage sales tools, enablement resources, and CRM workflows to maximize efficiency Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes, messaging, and execution Bring energy, positivity, and a winning mindset to the team every day What You Bring:2+ years of proven sales success, owning and executing the full sales cycle end to end, ideally in SaaS or other high-velocity environments. Software demonstration preferred Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence engaging with business decision-makers HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software experience is a plus Formal sales training is a plus We believe clarity builds trust, so we share the national pay range for this role: $64,000 - $70,000 base and a commission target of $55,000per year (USD base salary). This range reflects the scope of the role across the U.S. and is informed by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position. Your final offer will consider your unique skills, experience, and location.
