Salary Range: $180K-$200K/AnnumJob DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Client Partner to manage and grow key BFSI accounts. This role focuses on strengthening executive relationships, driving account expansion, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across banking, financial services, and insurance clients. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of farming, consultative selling, and strategic account leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic BFSI accounts, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with CXO stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO, Business Heads)Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accountsDevelop and execute account growth strategies and multi-year roadmapsAct as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives and technology investmentsPosition IT services and solutions across key areas:Digital Transformation & Customer ExperienceCore Banking & Insurance Platform ModernizationData, Analytics & AICloud & Infrastructure TransformationRisk, Compliance & Regulatory SolutionsCollaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to ensure successful solutioning and executionOversee account governance, delivery alignment, and client satisfaction metricsDrive renewals, large deal pursuits, and contract negotiationsManage P&L responsibility, including revenue forecasting and margin improvementRequired Experience12+ years of experience in IT services sales / account management within BFSIProven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts (multi-million-dollar portfolios)Strong domain expertise across BFSI, including:Banking (Retail, Commercial, Digital Banking)Financial Services (Lending, Capital Markets, Wealth Management)Insurance (Life, P&C)Experience in managing global clients, preferably in the US marketDemonstrated success in driving account expansion, renewals, and large deal closures.ApTask is a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services, dedicated to shaping the future of work.
