Our consultants must have extremely strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of technical personnel, executives, managers, and subject matter experts both internally and with clients. Responsibilities Lead and complete Virtual Desktop Infrastructure/ Application Delivery Projects including: System Assessment, Design, Build, and testing System Health Checks & Reports Escalation and Problem Management Maintain daily time entries and project updates in our CRM/Professional Services Automation System Work closely with our Account Managers and other technology teams to create and deliver client facing proposals, consulting documents, and presentations Technical document creation (including analysis, reporting, and recommendation summaries) Ensure an exceptional client experience with regular proactive communication project updates, and meetings Ongoing professional development, education, and certification advancement (training, conferences etc...) Be available to assist your team mates 24/7; on call duties are based on rotating team schedule Provide expert technical support assistance to clients and our Service Desk Prepare and deliver occasional client and internal training for users and support methods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
