Labor And Employment Attorney

We are seeking a Experienced/Senior Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in California employment law, be capable of independently handling cases at all stages of litigation, and be ready to take on and manage a full caseload. This role will involve handling all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediation briefs, and trial preparation.
