Headquartered in Somerville, Massachusetts with offices in Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Hungary, and North Carolina, Formlabs is the professional 3D printer of choice for engineers, designers, manufacturers, and decision makers around the globe.Your Impact:The Facilities Coordinator supports the Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning by managing day-to-day operations across our Somerville campuses, ensuring smooth building operations and rapid response to facilities needs.Reports to: Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate Planning Location: On-site position based in Somerville, MAResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for all daily facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance across Somerville campuses.Serve as primary emergency contact for Sommerville facilities.Triage incoming requests by urgency and implement or delegate solutions that are practical and cost effective.Coordinate directly with local vendors (HVAC, electrical, access control, etc.) to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.Maintain vendor relationships and service agreements.Track and report on facilities spending for routine maintenance and small projects.Assist the Head of Facilities with onsite logistics for larger renovations, moves, and fitouts.Required QualificationsProven ability to prioritize competing demands and work autonomously.Experience working with third-party contractors to properly scope and price small-scale jobs.Ability to research and properly scope projects based on ambiguous requests.Understanding of basic building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and access control.Exceptional organizational skills to keep track of multiple concurrent requests and repairs.Experience managing high-volume request intake across multiple platforms (ticketing systems, Slack, phone, in-person).Ability to provide clear, concise updates on project status to internal stakeholders.Nice-to-HavesExperience with Jira for tracking and delegating facilities requests.Basic handyman skills to assist with minor onsite fixes.Familiarity with building management systems or energy management platforms.Our Benefits & Perks:Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUsComprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)401K matching and access to financial advisorsGenerous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)Flexible Out of Office Plan Take time when you need itAmple on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefitsHealthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treatsRegular sponsored professional development opportunitiesMany opt-in culture events across our diverse communityAnd of course unlimited 3D printsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is: $60,000$70,000 USD
