The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting functions, payroll, manage financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role will also include tasks such as preparing journal entries, reviewing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and assisting in strategic financial planning.QualificationsExperience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliationsProficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow managementStrong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standardsProficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks or NetSuite) and advanced skills in MS ExcelExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredCPA certification and prior experience in veterinary or healthcare industries are a plus
