xCures, Inc. is a remote-first company seeking a Program Manager for Business Insights and Analytics to own the operational and transactional data layer.You will turn activity from internal and external users into governed, trusted data the business relies on, reporting to the Strategic Program Manager. You'll define the data glossary, govern policies, and partner with product and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, trusted, and reusable across dashboards and reports.
