This role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making, business operations, and strategic initiatives supporting U.S. Government programs. The intern will work closely with the COO and senior leadership, contributing to high-impact projects across operations, growth, and corporate priorities.This position is expected to be two days a week for up to six weeks.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the COO with day-to-day operational priorities and special projectsAssist in preparing executive briefings, reports, and presentationsConduct research and analysis on business operations, market trends, and government contracting topicsHelp track key initiatives, action items, and strategic priorities across the organizationCoordinate and document internal meetings, including capturing notes and follow-upsAssist in developing process improvements and operational efficienciesSupport cross-functional coordination with program management, finance, HR, and business developmentPrepare materials for leadership reviews, customer engagements, and planning sessions Job Requirements Job Requirements and Qualifications:1-2 years in secondary education from an accredited university; minimum 3.0 GPABachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Detail-orientedWorks well in a team environmentEducation Requirements:1-2 years in secondary education from an accredited university; minimum 3.0 GPAPursuing Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
