In this role, candidates will oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising work crews, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with both company and industry regulations. The Roofing Superintendent is expected to communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.QualificationsStrong expertise in Roofing, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Proficiency in Insulation and Waterproofing materials and procedures.Capability and safety knowledge in Working at Height for prolonged periods.Proven ability to manage and lead teams with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Familiarity with relevant local building codes and safety regulations.Previous experience in commercial, multi-family, or large residential roofing projects is preferred.
