You'll drive onboarding, welcoming new hires, coordinating their first weeks, and supporting them through training, while partnering closely with leadership to build the team.What You'll DoFind and engage great candidatesSource through LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, Job Boards, OpenDorse Partnership and your own outreachContact and follow up with candidates by phone, email, and LinkedInPartner with leadershipLead first-round sourcing and screening, then pass the baton to leadership for next-round interviewsWrite clear interview summaries and advocate for the candidates you believe inTrack every candidate's stage in the hiring process in internal platforms, and keep leadership updated on where each one standsOwn onboardingCoordinate paperwork, reference checks, equipment setup, and travelWelcome new hires on day one and check in throughout training, 30/60/90 daysServe as Training Coordinator for new-hire classes, including basic sales trainingBe a go-to resource as new hires settle inRequired Qualifications2+ years of corporate recruiting experienceOnboarding or new-hire training experienceKnowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboardingExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and ADPStrong phone, video, and written communication with candidatesExceptional ability to present and advocate for candidates to leadershipA team player who works well with leadership and across departmentsStrong attention to detail and time management, able to hit weekly targets while keeping records accuratePreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting Sales Executives, Client Managers, IT/Production, Social Media, or other client-facing roles1+ years of HR experienceCompensation & BenefitsStarting Base Salary Range: $52,000 - $55,000Opportunity for performance-based bonusesBenefits: Dental, Health, Vision, 401k, Employee Wellness Platform, Paid Family Leave, Basic Life Insurance, PTOWhy Join Us?Recruiting here isn't a back-office function.
