Job Description Shift: DaysPosition Type: Full Time Long Term Contract with Opp for Direct HireDescription:Responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing industrial control panels and electrical systems used in custom automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, a solid understanding of electrical components, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or automation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawingsAssemble electrical panels according to UL and company standardsMount and wire components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, HMIs, and power suppliesPerform point-to-point wiring and cable routingLabel wires and components accurately according to schematicsDrill, tap, and modify panel enclosures as requiredPerform continuity testing and verify proper wiring connectionsTroubleshoot and correct wiring errors prior to panel shipmentMaintain clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and electrical codes
