Electrical Control Panel Assembler1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay: Based on experienceFull-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves building electrical control panels through point-to-point wiring, interpreting schematics, and performing hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly in a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electrical control panels, including full point-to-point wiringInstall electronic and electromechanical components in non-repetitive buildsWork from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, BOMs, and instructionsDetermine assembly methods and sequence when requiredUse hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and soldering ironsRead and interpret drawings and identify inconsistencies for clarificationMark up drawings and BOMs to reflect "as-built" conditionsPerform basic hand operations (drilling, grinding, deburring, sawing)Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks to move materialsMaintain simple production and assembly recordsWork independently after assignment and ensure accuracy of completed workQualificationsExperience assembling electrical control panels or similar electromechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprintsSkilled with hand tools and electrical assembly toolsStrong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and follow instructionsForklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)Work EnvironmentManufacturing/industrial settingStanding, manual dexterity, and occasional material handling requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, visionPTORetirement benefits Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
