Have an opening for a LOCUM Physicians -Intensivist MedicineRate: 345 hourly - non inclusive Location: Los Angeles CaDates: ASAP 6 to 12 monthsCredentialing: Approximately 12 weeks Specialty: Critical Care Medicine Cardiac Surgery Intensive Post Operative Care Experienced Schedule Expectations: Provider will work an estimated 40 hours weekly. Flexibility is key for the providers being considered. Minimum 2 weeks per month but highly prefer full time weekly for continuity.ICU day shift: 7 am 5 pmICU night shift call: 4 pm 9 am (16 hours call)ICU weekend call: . 8 am - 8 am (24-hour call)Stepdown day/weekend: 8 am - 3 pmCall Schedule/Responsibilities: Only Inhouse call shifts so working while on call Daily Responsibilities: Coverage in the ICU seeing post operative Cardiac Surgery patients; Department 16-Bed Cardiac ICU + 30-Bed Stepdown Unit Census: Face to Face 16 Bed (patients) Cardiac ICU or 20-30 Patients in Stepdown (with 2+ Nurse Practitioners to support) Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine with different background training either: Critical Care Medicine, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or SurgeryCalifornia License required If interested, please reach out:Aaron CulpepperAscend Medical
