This is a broad, high-impact role with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition, alongside generalist HR responsibilities.Working closely with regional leadership, this individual will play a critical role in driving hiring strategy, building high-quality talent pipelines, and supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Core Focus)Lead full lifecycle recruitment across consulting and corporate functionsPartner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planningDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-calibre talentBuild and maintain strong pipelines across key marketsManage external agency relationships where requiredEnsure a seamless and high-quality candidate experienceHR Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related mattersSupport performance management, employee relations, and organisational initiativesContribute to workforce planning and organisational design discussionsTalent & DevelopmentSupport onboarding and integration of new hiresPartner with leadership to identify development and retention initiativesHelp shape employer branding and employee engagement strategiesHR OperationsOversee core HR processes, policies, and compliance within the regionSupport compensation, benefits, and broader HR initiatives as requiredCollaborate with global HR teams on best practices and alignmentRequirementsProven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, within a professional services or consulting environment 5-8 years minimumStrong background in end-to-end recruitment, ideally hiring consultants or senior professionalsDemonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisionsExperience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on approachAbility to balance strategic input with delivery and executionWhy ApplyOpportunity to join a high-growth, globally recognised consulting firmBroad, visible role with direct exposure to senior leadershipStrong emphasis on talent strategy and recruitment leadershipCollaborative, entrepreneurial working environment
