(U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED).DescriptionAnalyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high leveI system architecture to developsystem requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and developmentactivities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches and conducts feasibilitystudies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporatesnew plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops systemArchitecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planningthough assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and testplans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and forassociated problems, issues, or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performedand deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering are of responsibility. Communicates with otherprogram personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Qualifications (Level 1):Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science,Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5)years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degreeQualifications (Level 2)Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity isrequired. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, EngineeringScience, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degreeCompensationWe are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $130,000-$180,000 and up. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
