We focus on recruiting talented, self-motivated employees that strive to find a way to get things done.Position OverviewAltamira is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain models that support mission-critical analysis within secure environments.The ideal candidate brings strong system modeling experience and an ability to communicate model concepts with engineers and non-engineer audiences.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain models of mechanical systems (e.g., aircraft)* Train and mentor peers on modeling best practicesRequired QualificationsAbility to obtain TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)10 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering.Strong experience developing models using Systems Modeling Language (SysML)Ability to operate in secure, compliance-driven environments
