The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial, storage, warehouse, food processing plants, and office markets. WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completionDevelop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standardsProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft tradesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and present project status reports to senior management.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field5+ years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience working on projects valued up to $50MProficiency in using construction management software and toolsAbility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
