This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and cost discipline of the electrical systems, which are critical to the success of the product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the electrical system architecture and deployment strategy, influencing various electrical design aspects, and ensuring that the systems are designed for manufacturability, repeatability, and field reliability. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement through the integration of operational feedback. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems, with a proven track record of ownership from design to deployment. Strong leadership experience across design, manufacturing integration, and construction execution is essential, as is a deep knowledge of electrical codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center or other mission-critical infrastructure, and a background in prefabrication, modular construction, or repeatable product environments. A Professional Engineering (PE) license or Master Electrician credentials are preferred.
