CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and/or mills. This role involves reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring parts are machined to specification.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and/or millsRead blueprints and job orders to determine specifications, tolerances, and tooling instructionsSecure tools and workpieces, set machine feeds, speeds, and depth of cutUse calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipmentMonitor machining operations and verify part qualityPerform assembly-type tasks using hand or power tools as neededPackage, label, and prepare finished productsMaintain a clean, organized work area (5S)Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPERotate through different work cells as assigned Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of CNC experience preferredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction)Good hand-eye coordination Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to stand for 90% of the shiftAbility to bend, reach, and use hand tools as required What's in this position for you?Pay: $26Shift: Monday- Friday (6:30am- 3pm)Weekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Pay Details: $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
