Aligned with global partners who seek proven scalable solutions to meet ambitious plastic circularity goals, Nexus Circular is rapidly expanding its innovation footprint worldwide, moving decisively to address the complex challenges of plastics accumulation in the environment.Role OverviewThe Commercial Growth Coordinator supports the Commercial Growth organization by coordinating information, activities, and documentation across multiple internal stakeholders and external partners. This role provides critical administrative, organizational, and research support to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.Key Responsibilities:IP FacilitationTrade Secret auditing and setup Document control and organization Conduct industry research and track relevant news and publications Manage collecting signatures on legal documents and sending them to the appropriate parties Track and coordinate responses to incoming information requests from outside legal counsel [incoming IP RFIs] Innovation Submission Process Trademark Coordination and Tactical Process Execution Freedom To Operate: On-going in US.
