Construction Project Manager Join an established contractor that is set to have a huge 2026 & 2027. Fully covered healthcare for employee and family. About Our Client My client is a Commercial General Contractor based in Brentwood, MO. They do a variety of projects such as healthcare, industrial, financial facilities, and other various commercial work. They have been in business for nearly 100 years and right now they are in growth mode as they are set to take on 45+ new projects with several big name clients. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction management within the business services industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects of $10M+ in value. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee diverse teams. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members. Construction related degree is strongly preferred but not a deal breaker. 6-10+ years of project management experience at a commercial general contractor. Knowledge of estimating. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects at once. Experience with financial facility projects is a major plus. Willingness to travel regionally up to 3 day trips a month. What's On Offer Base salary up to $135,000 (depending on experience). Fully covered healthcare for both Employee AND family. $800 a month for vehicle allowance. Company credit card for work related expenses. 3 weeks PTO to start (increases over time) + 9 paid holidays.
