The Project Manager will work closely with company leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with MC3’s quality standards.The position will support several active initiatives simultaneously, including projects involving facility systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and systems integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Maintain project schedules, task tracking, and milestone reporting.Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Cross-Disciplinary CommunicationServe as a communication bridge between teams including:Construction and field teamsEngineering and technical specialistsSubcontractors and vendorsClient stakeholders and executive leadershipFacilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.Subcontractor & Vendor CoordinationHelp coordinate work performed by subcontractors and technical vendors.Track deliverables, schedules, and performance expectations.Ensure project activities align with agreed scopes and quality standards.Project Documentation & ReportingMaintain organized project documentation and communication records.Prepare project status updates for internal leadership and clients.Track risks, issues, and decisions affecting project delivery.Field CoordinationParticipate in occasional site visits when necessary to support project coordination.Work with field teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment between on-site work and project plans.Required Qualifications3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project managementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with teams from multiple disciplines and backgroundsComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learnPreferred BackgroundsWe welcome candidates from a variety of disciplines, including:Construction managementEngineeringIT or technology projectsSystems integrationOperations or consultingMilitary or defense-related project environmentsProject management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar) are a plus but not required.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is hungry, curious, and highly organized.
