30 minutes from San Jose clinicseeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician--Contract length: 3-6 months--Schedule: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 7pm--3-5 days per week--Location will be both mobile clinic and a brick and mortar clinic--Provider will most likely split time at each--Must be able to speak Spanish--Must be willing to do work in a mobile clinic--Patient population: All ages--Avg. Daily Census: 18 (21+ Preferred)--EMR: EPIC--Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS, 2+ years experience
