Program Manager

A global manufacturing company has a need for a full-time Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for managing customers during the program`s life cycle. The program manager serves as the main point of contact for assigned customer for all non-commercial issues, and leads product development as well as sustaining programs. Essential duties: Work closely with Sales team to ensure best sales strategy Maintain appropriate contact with the relevant customer program and technical organizations Support the customer in definition and selection of the optimal component or system Program planning, including coordinating with various departments to ensure the solution meets all customer requirements Manage and mitigate program costs and risks Manage sustaining programs Job Requirements Bachelor`s degree in engineering required, MBA preferred PMI certification preferred 5-10+ years of project or program management experience in a technology and/or aerospace field Proven leadership, problem-solving, and business analysis skills Experience in business development a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and multiple project concurrently Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws.
