This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level executive search professional who thrives in a trusted advisor role, values executive-level relationships, and consistently delivers results for clients.What You’ll DoPartner closely with clients to understand hiring priorities, organizational structure, and company culture.Lead executive search engagements end-to-end for senior leadership roles across multiple functional areas.Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier executive talent.Conduct structured candidate assessments, including leadership evaluation, career narrative alignment, and competency-based interviewing.Provide market intelligence and advisory support related to talent availability, compensation trends, and organizational design.Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive candidates and deliver a high-touch experience throughout the search lifecycle.Manage ongoing client communication, present candidate shortlists, and guide clients through selection decisions.Lead offer negotiation and support finalization of employment terms.Maintain accurate candidate and client documentation within the ATS/CRM (Loxo).Stay current on leadership, talent, and market trends to enhance search strategy and execution continually.What You’ll Bring10+ years of executive recruiting or executive search experience.Full-desk experience (business development and delivery) preferred, or strong client-facing delivery experience with repeat and referral-based accounts.Deep understanding of executive search methodology, sourcing strategy, and executive-level candidate assessment.Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust with CEOs, board members, and private equity leadership teams.High accountability, strong follow-through, and comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment.Proficiency with modern recruiting and sourcing tools, including ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and market-mapping resources.What You’ll GetAbove industry standard partner compensation model with uncapped earning potential.Fully remote structure, zero micromanagement with flexibility and autonomy.Boutique platform focused on quality, integrity, and long-term partnerships.Opportunity to grow within a firm that values performance, client experience, and professionalism.Abundant technology tools with modernized AI support.Full internal marketing support and branding.
