Account Executive, ROIOn Client SuccessMarketing Data Enablement & OnboardingSalary Range $75k - $85k with CommissionsLocation: Remote / Atlanta Area Preferred Position SummaryThe Account Executive for ROIOn Client Success serves as the primary relationship owner and data enablement partner for clients—primarily law firms—using ROIOn for marketing analytics. This role bridges the gap between the firm's intake teams, marketing stakeholders, and the ROIOn platform—ensuring accounts are onboarded smoothly, data is entered accurately, and clients can confidently interpret and act on their marketing performance insights.This is a client-facing, consultative role that blends account management, onboarding, and marketing analytics translation. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder, data storyteller, and process shepherd.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Enablement & Data InterpretationServe as the trusted point of contact Serve as the trusted point of contact for internal clients using ROIOn, helping them navigate dashboards, reports, and data views specific to their marketing activities.Translate complex marketing performance data Translate complex marketing performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients who may not have a technical or analytics background.Conduct recurring data review sessions Conduct recurring data review sessions with clients to walk through campaign performance, KPIs, attribution, and ROI metrics within ROIOn.Answer questions Answer questions about data definitions, methodology, and how metrics are calculated within the platform.Identify opportunities Identify opportunities where clients can leverage their ROIOn data to optimize future marketing spend and strategy.New Account OnboardingLead the end-to-end onboarding process Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new accounts into ROIOn, including kickoff calls, requirements gathering, and milestone tracking.Partner with clients Partner with clients to define their marketing data structure, naming conventions, taxonomy, and reporting needs within ROIOn.Develop onboarding timelines Develop onboarding timelines and deliverables, and hold all stakeholders accountable to key dates.Coordinate across internal teams Coordinate across internal teams—intake, analytics, engineering, and client leads—to ensure a smooth launch experience.Conduct training sessions Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded client teams to build platform fluency and self-service capability.Intake Team Support & Data QualityWork directly with the firm's intake teams Work directly with the firm's intake teams to guide them through data entry into ROIOn, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Develop and maintain data entry playbooks Develop and maintain data entry playbooks, checklists, and templates to standardize the intake process.Audit data inputs Audit data inputs on a regular cadence to flag gaps, inconsistencies, or errors before they impact client reporting.Provide hands-on coaching Provide hands-on coaching and troubleshooting support to intake team members who encounter issues with ROIOn workflows.Serve as the feedback loop Serve as the feedback loop between intake teams and product/engineering, surfacing process friction and advocating for workflow improvements.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing strategists Partner with marketing strategists, analysts, and client leads to align ROIOn data with broader account strategy.Collaborate with the product team Collaborate with the product team to communicate client needs, feature requests, and platform pain points.Contribute to internal documentation Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources.QualificationsRequired3-5 years of experience 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, marketing operations, or a related client-facing role.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including campaign performance, attribution, ROI, KPIs, and media channels.Experience working with marketing analytics platforms Experience working with marketing analytics platforms, dashboards, or data visualization tools.Excellent communication skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven track record Proven track record of managing multiple accounts, projects, or onboarding workstreams simultaneously.Detail-oriented mindset Detail-oriented mindset with strong data hygiene instincts.PreferredPrior experience Prior experience onboarding clients onto SaaS or internal data platforms.Familiarity with marketing data taxonomies Familiarity with marketing data taxonomies, UTM structures, and common marketing measurement frameworks.Experience training or coaching Experience training or coaching internal teams on new tools or processes.Comfort with light SQL Comfort with light SQL, Excel modeling, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.Experience working with law firms, legal marketing, or intake teams is a strong plus.Success MetricsPerformance in this role will be measured by:Client satisfaction Client satisfaction and retention across the ROIOn book of business.Time-to-launch Time-to-launch and onboarding completion rates for new accounts.Data quality Data quality and accuracy metrics across intake-team-entered data.Client platform adoption Client platform adoption, engagement, and self-service capability growth.Reduction in data-related escalations Reduction in data-related escalations and reporting errors.Reporting StructureThis role reports to the Head of Client Success / ROIOn Platform Leadership and works cross-functionally with marketing strategy, intake operations, and product teams.
