BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 27 branches conveniently-located across the U.S.Summary: Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.Responsibilities:Download PSP orders into NDS system after review.Enter orders into NDS or PSP system.Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report.Transfers order file for routing.Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.Ensures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to customers as necessary.Daily invoicing of credit memos.Credit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.Support Will-Call and sales team when needed.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent education and/or one to three months experience.Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and 10 key.
