Senior Director, Tax

Large, global technology company is searching for a Senior Director, Tax, to own all global tax compliance, international tax, tax risk management, and transfer pricing strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with s-corp tax, experience in multinational tax environments and extensive tax strategy experience. This Senior Director, Tax will report directly to the CFO and will oversee at least one Tax Manager. This is a key leadership role, acting as strategic advisor to the executive team on all tax-related issues and tax strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence and experience supporting and presenting to senior leadership. Qualifications: BS, AccountingCPA, JD or MST strongly preferred15 - 20 years experience in international tax Prior public accounting experience Experience with transfer pricing, passthrough entity taxes, s-corps, ASC 740, OECD guidelines, etc. Prior experience with technology clients is a plus Experience with large, global organizations Extensive experience supporting senior leadership / strong executive presence Interested in being a long-term contributor & strategic leader to a well-established, industry-leading organization Strong people management experience Interested candidates, please send resume to: or apply directly here on LinkedIn.
