You’ll work closely under our Design Director, supporting both print (labels, packaging) and digital (Meta ads, Amazon, site assets) to ensure all creative is on-brand and production-ready.DutiesDesign and update product labels and packaging (including dyelines, bleeds, and print-ready files)Execute layout for catalogs, inserts, and printed materialsPrepare and deliver production-ready files for printers and vendorsEnsure accuracy across all files (dimensions, spacing, regulatory copy, etc.)Adapt and resize existing designs across formatsSupport additional graphic design needs across print and digitalSupport concept development for new packaging and creative projects as neededDesign and iterate digital assets across paid media (Meta), Amazon listings, and webProduce high-volume creative variations to support testing and performance marketingWho You AreHighly detail-oriented — you catch things others missStrong in print production — you understand specs, dielines, and file setupFast and efficient — you can execute without overthinkingHave a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual balanceComfortable working across both print and digital formatHave a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyComfortable taking direction and implementing feedback quicklyOrganized and reliable with deadlinesAble to handle high-volume production work without sacrificing qualityLow ego, high ownership mindsetQualifications3–6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print or packagingStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Experience preparing files for print productionExperience working with packaging or CPG brands is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeLabels and packaging are delivered accurately and on timeFiles are consistently print-ready with minimal revisionsDigital assets are produced quickly and efficiently for marketing needsProjects move quickly without bottlenecksDesign output is clean, consistent, and aligned with brand directionOccasional contributions to packaging concepts that elevate the brandNice to HaveExperience in beauty, wellness, or CPG brandsFamiliarity with regulatory or supplement labeling requirementsExperience with performance creative (Meta, TikTok, Amazon)Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects or similar)Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., image generation, creative automation) and an interest in staying current with emerging tools and workflows*Please also include your portfolio link in your resume for consideration*
