We are partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance space to hire a Production Designer . This is a fully in-office role for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on designer with strong experience producing both digital and print assets .This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , can manage multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering pixel-perfect, production-ready work .Compensation:$90,000 – $115,000 base salary (depending on experience)Full-time, permanent roleIn-office (no remote or hybrid)What You'll Do:Creative Asset ProductionDesign and produce high-quality digital and print collateral , including brochures, presentations, web graphics, and social media assetsExecute and refine concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and FigmaPrepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution with a high level of accuracyCollaboration & Project ManagementPartner with marketing, sales, and communications teams to bring concepts to lifeManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyParticipate in creative reviews and contribute thoughtful feedbackAsset Management & OrganizationMaintain and organize digital asset libraries with strong version controlImplement best practices for file organization and archivingQuality AssuranceReview and proof all materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand complianceTroubleshoot and resolve production or formatting issues as neededWhat We're Looking For (Must-Have):5–7+ years of hands-on production or graphic design experienceExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)Strong experience with FigmaPortfolio requiredProven ability to prepare print-ready and digital production filesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage projects from concept through final deliveryWhat Sets You Apart:Strong understanding of production workflows and file setupAbility to balance creative execution with technical precisionComfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentClear communicator and strong collaborator across teamsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fieldImportant:This is a fully in-office position (no remote or hybrid)A portfolio is required showcasing both digital and print workCandidates must have hands-on production experience (not purely conceptual design)To Apply:Apply via LinkedIn or submit your resume and portfolio directly.
