NFL Flag Game Day Field Assistant - Spring 2026 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and level-headed NFL FLAG Game Day Field Assistant to support weekly Sunday youth league operations from March 29 through June 7, excluding Easter weekend and Memorial Day weekend. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized, and positive game day experience for players, coaches, and families. Responsibilities Assist with field setup and breakdown Collect and report scorecards and staff timecards Take photos and capture content for social media Conduct brief interviews with players, coaches, and parents Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized field environment Support overall game day operations Assist with possible weekly supply pickups Attend required weekly Google Meet calls Serve as a backup to the NFL FLAG Field Representative as needed Qualifications Reliable, professional, and level-headed Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours Able to lift and carry light equipment Comfortable interacting with players, coaches, parents, and staff Must be able to pass a background check Reliable transportation required Schedule Onf field training March 27 and or March 28 Sundays from March 29 through June 7 Off Easter weekend and Memorial Day weekend Weekly Google Meet attendance required If you have a passion for sports management, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to upholding the integrity of league operations, we invite you to apply for the role of Game Day Field Assistant.
