Summer Legal Intern
Paradigm LegalParadigm Legal was built on a single thesis: crypto, AI, and complex litigation are no longer separate practices. We are a New York boutique advising token issuers, exchanges, market makers, fintech operators, NFT programs, and high-net-worth individuals on the matters most firms are still ramping up to understand. On-chain asset tracing. Novel regulatory questions across the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, and state money transmission regimes. Tokenization structures. Disputes that move fluidly between state court, federal court, and arbitration.Paradigm Global is also a builder. Active initiatives include a sovereign AI and blockchain dispute resolution institution under development with the Government of Anguilla, a tokenized M&A and phantom equity practice, and an internal AI-augmented operating layer that lets a deliberately lean team function at institutional scale. The RoleThe Summer Legal Intern works on live client matters from the first week. This is not a research-only position. You will draft, file, sit in on client and opposing counsel calls, and own deliverables that go out under our letterhead.
