How you will make an impact Own the full recruitment lifecycle for outside sales rolesfrom strategy and sourcing through offer and close. Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies and campaigns that attract high-performing sales talent. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, strong relationships, and consistent execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leadersproviding insights, recommendations, and interview guidance to drive confident hiring decisions. Build and nurture talent pipelines proactively, maintaining relationships with candidates over time. Represent Delta Defense externally through networking events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement (including Disrupt HRMKE), strengthening our brand and mission. About the role In this role, youll play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our recruiting operations. Youll ensure processes, systems, and documentation remain accurate, compliant, and up to date with organizational changes, policies, and federal/state employment laws. Youll also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and improve new hire onboarding. What youll own Maintain compliance across recruiting processes, documentation, and systems Stay current on employment laws and organizational updates Safeguard confidentiality across recruiting, compensation, and HR matters Lead and support TA/HR projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience Partner cross-functionally to support hiring needs and workforce growth What you will need to succeed Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including ATS usage (UKG, Payfactors & Visier) Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build strong talent pipelines Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage competing demands Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate with urgency Alignment with Delta Defenses Core Values Work Location: 3 days onsite at our headquarters in West Bend, WI, with the option for 2 days remote.
