Converting Operator C Efficiently and accurately run converting lines to produce converted products according to specifications, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalentLegal eligibility to work in the USPrevious work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing our return on investmentEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnelProficiency in reading and writing EnglishBasic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production processEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessaryCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactionsJob Responsibilities:Complies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and departmentUnderstand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processesStartup, shutdown and make machine adjustmentsInspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issuesDemonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated areaOther duties as assignedInteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
