Senior Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerPress Ganey is a leading experience measurement, data analytics, and insights provider. Lead technical design and specification of solutions; collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Management to develop custom components when required. ResponsibilitiesAct as main point of contact with customers and project team members. Assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions. Develop detailed technical specifications. Lead development and deployment processes with the program management team. Adhere to internal and customer processes for project governance and delivery. Work with clients to integrate Press Ganey Forsta technologies into business applications. Manage and conduct solutions QA; assist with client UAT. Provide solutions administration and ongoing support as required. Provide platform training and knowledge transfer. Work with Sales team on technical presentations. QualificationsPrevious customer‑facing experience. Strong technical and business assessment skills. Ability to articulate the value of technical solutions from a business perspective. Knowledge of standard consulting operational processes. Strong presentation skills and project delivery management experience. Curiosity, detail‑oriented, and technical expertise. Exceptional time‑management and multi‑tasking skills. Team player who takes initiative. Drive to find appropriate solutions and help clients gain insights. Skills and KnowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving skills and ability to think outside the box. Understanding of logic and error detection. Knowledge of Health Systems and/or Health Plans data visualization and/or graphic design (a plus). EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; relevant experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis. TravelTravel for internal meetings and trainings is less than 5% of the role. SalaryThe expected base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus or commission tied to results. All compensation information is confidential per EEO guidelines.
