Job DescriptionOverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, implementing, and tracking projects to ensure alignment with our organization's goals. As a subject matter expert, you will guide project teams through successful initiation, planning, design, organization, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects. This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to maintain efficiency and effectively manage team dynamics.RequirementsExperience5+ years of project management experience.New Product Introduction and/or Engineering Development experience is a plus.Manufacturing/Operations experience is also a plus.A PMP or CAPM certification is desired but not a requirement.
