The salary listed is the non-PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) qualifying salary range. Summary of Job Duties: In this position, you will track, monitor, and disburse equipment/supplies/goods to sworn personnel and manage the stockroom of the Agency. You will be responsible for communicating with vendors, ordering, receiving, packing/shipping, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, conduct recruit uniform fittings, operate heavy machinery, and maintain the safety and security of the OSP stockroom. Minimum Qualifications/Eligibility Requirements: Three years of stocking, storeroom or warehouse experience which included purchasing a variety of supplies, equipment or materials, maintaining inventory records, and shipping and receiving materials and equipment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Teams) Experience in warehouse management and with inventory/asset management systems Excellent customer service experience Excellent attention to detail Excellent Collaboration and Teamwork This recruitment announcement will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
