Lead Warehouse Associate

Pay Range: $23.18 - $24.59 We are an established local manufacturer and wholesale company looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Salem OR branch. The Lead Warehouse Associate, is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels. The Lead works with the Logistics Manager or General Manager to direct work flow, trouble shoot issues, and provide training to staff. Duties/Responsibilities: Pulls and prepares orders for will call and delivery Interact with customers and provides unparalleled customer service Receiving and Stocking Inventory Cut and carry long steel pipes Pick, pack and load materials with forklift Train new hires Trouble Shoot Customer Issues Assist General Manager with scheduling and work flow Other duties as assigned
